vampire quest problem

I started playing morrowind again a few days ago after putting it away for a year because I had a need to play a good RPG. I decided to turn away from being the good paladin to being a vampire necromancer. So after using the console to make myself rich so I could train up my magic skills(its not cheating if you have already beaten the game once) I started to do the vampire quests. Im doing the quest where I have to teach the kid that being a vampire isnt all that great. I do what the walkthrough here on gamebanshee says and I cant get the kid to attack me. I only have one mod that effects vampires and thats vampiric embrace. I use every insult like the walkthrough says and he just praises my superiority and wont talk to me after that. Any help would be appreciated.

Anyway, some might think this is a spoiler, so you might want to add that next time.

Highlight from this point on: To finish this quest is simple yet it's not. First choose the insults as told in the walkthrough here on this site. Then if he still wont attack, close the talk window and open it up again. Then choose to taunt him. After he says goodbye or what ever let him wail on you until ur about halfway dead. Then he'll say things about the race and what not. then go to his mother and talk to her and that should finish the quest.
