Temple informant

In the Temple Informant quest, how do you "listen sympathetically" to her. I talked to her about discontent in the temple, but she doesnt mention the plot against Helseth and there's no journal update after talking to her. Is there something i can enter into the console or is there another solution? I've already completed the Main Tribunal quest with the Mad God quest. Does that have something to do with it? Any help would be appreciated.

If you have completed the MQ in Tribunal, then you have missed this quest for whathisname. It matters not (I missed it too because I checked out everyone in the Temple BUT her).
Did you find the woman in the sewers who lost her husband to the Black Dart Gang? If so, do you remember exactly where she was? do you remember where the ghost of her husband was? I disposed of the gang before I got the quest, and I think they disappeared.

no she must be still there, i think it was the west sewers and the ghost is somewhere in the next stage in a dead end oslt.
