| | | Stupid Npcs I just wanted to know if anyone else has been having the same problem i have been having, my char is fairly old, i have about 85 hours or so invested in him and my in game time is like 1000 days, and anyway all my npcs have wandered away from their starting points, and some have even left their respective buildings so now finding someone is even mroe of a grueling ordeal, just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem

| | | I've seen my share of lost NPCs who have gotten seriously disoriented. Silt Strider "drivers" who have fallen down from their platform, commoners who usually like a walk to the local market but apparently got bored with it and climbed the closest mountain to see the views and other similar cases.
But I understand that it's pretty common. There's something about the path grids in the game that cause the NPCs to occasionally wander to the most odd places.
But I have never encountered an NPC that has travelled between an exterior and an interior when not supposed to. That's new to me. I really doubt that the NPCs you think about have done that without some script or journal moving them.
And it's too bad you're on X-Box. The PC users have a handy code that moves all the NPCs back to their original location, it's "ra" if anyone wonders... |

| | | The orc in Balmora Mages Guild has done that to me before. Just vanished right out of my game. Eventually she reappeared, but I'd almost given up hope for that character. Since she's crucial to the story, this can be a real pain. I understand its quite a common bug too.

| | | He never said he was missing some specific NPC, just that the NPCs tend to wander around and move away from their original locations. |

| | | If you're on pc, just open the console and type RA (reset actors) and all the npc's will have returned to their starting points

| | | Not to on topic, but i hate when you see a person stuck in a door or some other object and you try to speak to them and they just say "Who is there"

| | | Suicide Npcs Some of my NPCS in Sedya Need have decided that they would like to go swimming or something and ventured into the stream, where they promptly swam in a circle until they died, there are no gaurds at all in the town and nearly everyone is dead, same thing happened in Balmora, my friends(the Hiallu Guards) drowned themselves in the Odai
