strongholds?

during my time searching through the morrowind forums i found several posts saying about how morrowind players created strongholds how doyou do this please help

You finish the quests assigned you by one of the three houses. When you're done, you get a stronghold--or you build one. Depends on the house. For more detail, look at those threads.

On this topic,
I'm having a little trouble with the Redoran quests. I have done plenty of Quests for them and I think i am a brother (I know Father is next). When do I get the strong hold????
