**Spoiler**How to get Dwemer items sugar lips?

Went to Hla Oad, townspeople say he wants to get rid of the Dwarven items, when I ask him, he says " what dwarven items?"
Bribing did not work, killing him and looting him did not work,
the chest he stands next to has no dwarven pottery???
any clues, this is not main quest, just holding me up right now.

There is a chest in the main room of the "Dropoff".
There are 2 NPC in that room, so looting the chest was a bit tricky.
I think there might be 2 chests, the one you want is against the wall with the door.

Yes it is the other chest. One character doing that quest I just killed those two guys, the bounty was very low.

The next character I just picked the chest with them standing there. They attacked me for stealing, but I grabbed the stuff real quick and just booked out of there I liked doing it that way better, hard to sneak when the guy is standing right there.

then wouldnt guards try to attack you or arrest?

you know, they may but I didn't experience anything like that. I ran out the back door of the store and ran straight to the theives guild in Balmora and took care of the bounty right away. In my experience though the guards will not actually start chasing you down or attacking unless you have been killing people, if you just steal some stuff they will arrest you IF you talk to them but ignore you if you walk (or run) by.

When I unlocked the chest the khajitt attacked me first so when I killed him the other guy did not bother me and I had no bounty.

thankee all for the advice....turned out, when chemelion, picked EVERY chest while they PUNCHED me(hehehe,love it, they say things like, now you are going to die, die, punk(monte python,
no arms or legs, Now I have you).
got the stuff, thanks. lots of laughs on this one.
