Can some one tell me how to be accepted into the village of skaal?

Did you give Tharsten Heart-Fang that skull of the Skaal warrior? That should trigger a quest for you and then onwards from there?

You did the missions for the captain at FF? The FF gets attacked, when you return the captain is missing but you go to talk to Gaea Artoria, etc. Someone, I don't remember who anymore will ask you to go to the village and give you the skull. You go there, and then they'll speak with you.
