Savegame Editing

Is there anyway to alter your Class-setup after you've begun play? I tried the "enablestatreviewmenu" option, but whenever I alter my skills, it seems to have no effect. I really regret selecting mysticism as a Major...

Thanks in advance!

Hmmmmmmmm...

few times with using "enableracemenu" just to switch head of the character I was dropped completely to beginning, to choose race, skills/class, sign and name...

I think after you do that character can drop down from level 10 (for example) to level 1, but holding all the skills stats that you have already uplifted...

I think I've read in some of the custom race mod readmes that you need to create a backup save just after making the desired changes, and then you have to quit and reload....

Make a back up before as well. It can be extremely buggy.

I did the "enableclassmenu" console trick, and then saved and reloaded. That did it.

A combination of missing Restoration too much and simply not using Mysticism. I never even casted a spell of that discipline, and the ones that I saw for sale didn't strike me as very useful. Ofcourse, there's Mark & Recall, but for those few times I use those, I'll train my Mysticism a bit. Besides, I have The Atronach as Birthsign, so all those "Absord Magicka" spells didn't appeal too much.
All in all, it's the combination of not using it enough and using Restoration a lot more. Besides, Alteration and Illusion provide all the protection I need.
