Restore health on touch amulet

I'm sure that this is a noob question but I cannot figure out to use this ring to restore my own health.

You can't. An 'on touch' enchantment means you have to touch someone else to cast the spell. You'd need an 'on self' enchantment to heal yourself.

The only few times I would think you would want to use this is:

Escort Duty
Maybe a Temple Quest
Heal your enemy to fight him longer

That probably it (so basically useless)
