| | Yeah, the resist wears off, but you can still see perfectly with the boots on after it has done so.

| | | Yes. The game is unable to blind you when they are already on, so you put them on while a temporary resist magicka is at 100%, and you will see fine. When the resist magicka wears off you will still be able to see fully, despite still wearing the boots

| | That's what he's been saying.  Just as long as you don't take off the boots after consuming the potions, you'll continue to see. It's a flaw in the code. The smelliest kind of cheese.
