try soultrapping your foes and selling the poor things for big cash also steal everything and sell them in 1 town so u dont lose track of items.

It's an old trick, but sell them to creeper the scamp in Ghorak Manor in Caldera for full value. Even better is summoning a daedra or undead (do this away from towns), soultrap them and sell them on.

You can summon monsters in town.. it has no negative effect.. quards wont go hostile.. and every one will behave normally..
