Quest List Problem

Hi All:

I have a problem - I just bought myself a SPANKING new laptop (vaio Sony - heart it a LOT) and couldn't wait to load my fave Morrowind - and also Tribunal...

The graphics are fabulous, but then disaster!

I cant get anything to appear on the Quest list (that you get once you've downloaded Tribunal) - it comes up, but completely blank. I haven't been able to get to Sotha Sil - and there's been no sight or sound of the Dark Brotherhood attacks either.

Any ideas? Ive tried unloading it - re-loading it etc etc - no good.

Be grateful for some help!

Thanks

Arasnella

I'm not being patronising or anything but you have started quests haven't you?

Have you tried the latest patch?

Does you new laptop perhaps use Vista ? If so, it could well be an incompatibility problem. Try playing with running the program in compatibility mode set for XP. Also, Vista is a massive memory hog, so you need a lot higher RAM to run a game in Vista that you do in XP.

I doubt Vista would conflict that far into the game. I think to get Morrowind working for the Vista you have to run it as admin. I don't have Vista and won't get it until Microsoft fix it so I'm not that sure.
