Quarra Clan Glitch *Minor Spoilers*

Well, this is my first playthrough of Morrowind, and I've completed the main quest, both expansions, and every faction. With little else to do, I decided to permanently become a vampire. Sadly, I inadverdently wiped out the Berne and Aundae bases before ever considering the notion, so I was forced to join Quarra. Upon completing the first quest (Killing Irarak), I reported back to Volrina; however, when I selected the "use to me" line and received her speech about making amulets, the "raw materials" line, though highlighted in her dialogue, didn't appear in my conversation bar, therefore preventing me from starting the quest. I'm playing Xbox GOTY, so I can't just use the console. I've tried everything from reloading to gathering the ingrediants before selecting the phrase "use to me", which disappears after selecting it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
