Morrowind construction help

I am trying to make a new mod for Morrowind however,my render window is stuck grey.When I clicked on Seyda Neen 2-9 and it had loaded nothing came up in the window.No picture, no Seyda Neen ,no nothing!This is going to be my first mod so maybe I'm doing something wrong but it could be a glitch.Please help.
