| | | You can buy the Summon Golden Saint spell from Felen Maryon in Tel Branora. You can buy the scroll from Folms Mirel in the Caldera Mages Guild (he appears to have an infinite supply). You can't learn spells from scrolls, but you can create new spells from the ones you already know by using the spellmaking services some mages and priests offer.

| | | if you installed the patch the only way is to use a console command for the spell
"fortify short blade skill"
use the add spell command, i forget the exact syntax....
pre patch, you had to run thru the morag tong, and get the reward for sanguine, mephala skill, which added fortify short blade, but post patch they nerfed it....
this was too easy to abuse, as my super weapons for morrowwind shows.....
get saint, and summon a daedric towershield, and add
bound battel axe,
fortify axe skill 40+ points!!!!
once you have 100 in axe, this monster weapon will increase your axe skill by 50 points!!! (bound weapons add 10, remember???)
daedra fall in 1 hit, and this is sunder and keening class fortify weapon skill weapon....
