legion land deed bug

I can't complete the land deed quest.

I killed the ork, talked to the ghost of the murdered guy, got the broken axe, but when I talk to Darius about the murder he asks me if I have proof.

I had the broken axe, I tried repairing it. But broken or repaired, he only asks for proof and when I click on the link he says "proof about the emperor's death".

Did joining the Talos cult and completing that quest bar me from completing the land deed quest forever?

1. Welcome to GB.
2. If you can't get it to work just go to the house and kill Widow vabdas, take the key of her body and the deed is in the chest.
3. You could use a console command.
4. You need to put spoiler in the title of this thread and read the thread called please read before posting.
