Kidnapped by Cultists

This is a side quest that i found. A man is standing at a fork in the road near Ald'velothi and his wife has been taken. i say i'll look for her and the only place i've found is a big ruin with absolutely No door in ! i've checked every nook and cranny of the place, plus every area in a wide circle from him, even tho the log says try west from him. Anyone have any ideas. I'm dizzy from checking every bush in 10 miles. TY so much for your time...BTW -- the quest isn't in miscelaneous !!

the entrence is under water...,.

The entrance to the Daedric shrine where she's being held is not under water. If you can clear the fog of war from the map, the entrance will show up on it. Try levitating to clear the fog.

Clarification, it's on the south side of the shrine. The shrine, Ashalmawia, is directly East od Ald Velothi, within a long bow shot almost, of the tower.
