can anyone tell me where to locate one of these blasted rings, i dont have one on me and im having trouble finding one!!

Juicedaw Feather Rings appear randomly in the game, mostly in bandit cave boxes. I don't know of a merchant that sells one.

You can get one temporarily, as part of a Fighters Guild quest. If you want to know about that, look below.

Lorbumol gro-Aglakh, at the Fighters Guild, FQ Vivec, gives you a quest to get a JF Ring from Nar gro-Shagramph. This orc is in the Hlaalu Canton Plaza. Raise his disposition, and he'll give it to you. But you have to turn it over to the Guild, to complete the quest. I suppose you could hold on to it for awhile, if you wanted to. At least until you found another one.
