How do I collect on the bounty?

I was informed in cauldera that there is a bounty out on the lady with the boots of blinding speed. I killed her now who do I talk to to collect?

Who told you about this bounty?You could talk to a gaurd.Or a noble official guy in power or somyhing like that.

As far as i have been able to tell, you are unable to collect the bounty. The only place i can suggest asking is the governers hall in Caldera. Apart from that, just be glad for the boots

maybe the person that gave you the quest will tell you who to talk to??
