Help puzzle maze! (possible spoiler)

Does anyone know what to do when you get to the center of the puzzle maze under the Vivec Temple? When I found the shrine in the center, (possible spoiler) It said breath of his waters of glory and the path will be clear. Or something along those lines. I now have no clue as to what to do for the temple quest.

I am no idea how to do that maze but out of curiosity are you doing a quest to solve the riddle given to you by the dude in urshla camp as part of the phrophecy missions or whatever ?

Just do EXACTLY what the shrine says...... there's only one way to breath water !
Can you tell me where you are in the game ?

How do I get into the puzzle maze? If it's part of the main quest, then I'll be there soon, but if it's a temple thing or something else, let me know. Thanks.

you need to dive into the water and then wait till you run out of breath. Just wait in the water untill you hear a thundering noise. Then you can come out and the way shall be clear.
