Hassuri, where are thee? (possible spoiler)

Ok, so Cauis gave me a mission to seek Hassuri ZaaZaaZAa... So I went to Ald Ru'hn, to the Skar Inn, but couldn't find him anywhere. I asked around but they all just say

-HAssuri, the trader? He'll downstairs...etc
But he's not there.

My Friend said that he's there at a specific time? Is that true? When then?

In other words, I need help on this one...

There are two staircases, one on your left/right when you enter, the other one next to the bar. Take that one, it leads to a small room with 2-3 people, and Hai.... that guy.

His name is Hassour Zainsubani
(The only reason I remember that is because I spent like 4 hours searching Ald-Ruhn looking for him)
