| | | Okay I spent the better part of two hours looking Northwest of Hla Oad. I came across some underwater daedric ruins, but couldn't find any doors. I have an offline interactive map, so if you could tell me the location in reletivity to shal or some other place besides hla oad that would help. (Oh and I checked out the site even before you reccomended it, it's pretty cool ^^)

The head is lying on the sea floor. You gotta click on that to get the quest. It'll talk to you when you've done it...
