ok i know there is one in side the ghost fence alittle north of ghost gate, called yannu or yanno somtin like that, are there any others?

One place that is mentioned in the link Bluesky provided is Dissapla Mine, which is near Falensarano Stronghold.

It is a location used in a fighter guild quest, so be on your best behaviour, or at least don't get caught or kill anyone.
