How can I get the code book from that solares or something chick without killing her ? And how do I finish tha quest ? :P

You can convince her to give you the book if either your personality or speehcraft is high enough.

Just get the disposition up to about 75-80 iirc - and she will part with the book.

so, join the thieves guild, you don't have to kill them all if you pick your quests right...
