While in Mournhold I am fighting the leader of the dark brotherhood and as I kill him this endless, repeating dialogue crops up and I have to reboot. This is the second time through the game for me and this did'nt happen in the first game. Appreciate any feedback.

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.
Do you have any mods installed? If so, one of them could be messing up your game.

Ooooops, heh heh, I *thought* I had the patch installed . I went through all the motions but did'nt do it right. I tried it again and now all is well. Thanks for the help gang .
