| | Oh all the freedom you have in morrowind is just so damn nice..
Oh and then i must tell about my recent exploit:
So after the wisewomen died, and i had to reload from i don't know how long back, I decided: NO MORE CLIFFRACERS!!!! So I went on a killing spree killing every Cliffracer i encountered, and that's a lot... Every time I killed a Cliffracer it made me feel a little better... I think my total Cliffracer count is now= 300 or so Aaaah the wonders of Morrowind

| | dude i know exactically how you feel.Cliffracers have be got to be the most annoying enemy in the whole of the game. And, as im sure you know, the game is big.
sometimes, when my friends and i get really pissed because our game froze or something and we had to reload, we just go on a killing spree killing anyone and everyone we encounter(i killed all of Ebonheart once...)
We have a little game we like to play called "Mudcrab"
The way you play is whenever you see a mudcrab you shout "MUBCRAB!!!" and you jump on top of it a kill it. Its fun when you find like whole colonies of the little things. And then you can sell the crab meat! Its entertaining..and profitable!

| | | actually, there's one thing that's equally annoying. At least the cliffracers you can hear, but let's face it. You're someplace in the wilderness and you're doing your own business...and you hear the battle music and you turn around...and you see..NOTHING....and then something hurts you and you turn around as quickly as you can, and you see NOTHING....
and....what do I see?
RATS!! BLOODY RATS!!

| | | Yeah I know EXACTLY what you mean. I have a special quadrant of hatered in my heart fenced off just for them. The endless supply of cliff racers... Oh how I hate them. They're not deadly, just annoying. Also, Morrowind should have sounds relative to how your being attacked so you 'know' what's attacking you so you don't freak when you hear a 'CHANK!' and it's just a rat. I can't tell you how many times I've lept from my seat while exploring a Daedric Ruins when I hear the infamous 'CHANK!'. And if you fly alot, especially over 'cliffs' the aptly named cliff racer problem multiplies, litrerally.
However I have found a way to elude them under certain circumstances. If you can run fast enough and weave through rocks, sometimes you can lose them. Key word is sometimes. Another way that works is if you hapened to be near a river or ocean. If you swim they will bother you less. And if they do spot you, and occationally they will, just duck under water for a few and swim out of sight. This works pretty well.
For fun there are times when I go out hunting with my bow, craploads of arrows and a Constant Effect Levitate Ring. I levitate way the hell up then unleash the fury of hell against them. Very satisfying I must say. The other way I gain satisfaction is by cleaning all the Mage Guilds out of their Lesser Souls Gems (5 per guild per level -- about 25 per level) then trapping every one I that attacks me. I have a special Soul Drinker Blade that works quite well. One hit and they are reduced to a 'pet in a gem'. Then to show how little I care for their miserable plague of an existance, I prompty use their soul to recharge my Soul Drinker blade-- appropriate eh?

| | Easiest way i'vefound to avoid them is to fly above the clouds (completely white screen) and just use minimap to guide me while im traveling, although they are pretty good for target practice for my Atombomb Spell Lets just say you have a cliffracer here @-------------and another over here--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------@ my spell turns them into oney roasted cliffracer

| | | Yeah, lots of vendors are that way -- hipacrits.
Just drop your Moon Sugar and Skooma right in front of them, barter, then pick it back up. but don't forget! I once forgot to pickup 10+ bottles then left and forgot where I left them... and I'm still looking for em! That's 10x$500 for a total of $5000 in missing go-go juice -- D'OH!

| | | I also made a soul drinker blade, but I call it a Soul Hunter Wakizashi. It's a daedric wakizashi with a soul trap spell that lasts 120 seconds, it works very well if I come in contact with some Golden saints. I also have like 100 Grand Soul Gems. I've filled about 15 of them with Golden Saints. The best place to hunt them is a some tombs by the mountains in caldera. I think it's north of Caldera, the reason being is that it's so close to the creeper if you want to make some money. |

| | | Lol was just mingling around with editor on my friends comp, created the "Atom Bomb" spell to only kill critters like cliff racers, rat, mudcrabbies, *cough* guards *uncough* Atom Bomb
100 yard rds.
1000 fire damage
1 mana cost
I only made it to play around with, not actually using it in the real game. 1 Save game with it on it to go on some killing rampages whenever i feel like it, and about 5 others which dont have the speel and are my real game.
