Creating a Book

I want to create a book for morrowind about the history of the race i made...im unsure how to add art for the book sinse theres no way to get to the files used for all the in game books as far as i know..

help please.

Books are written in HTML. Look at other books and see how they add images.

I think it's something like imgsrc=bookart/"imagename"

Here's a tutorial on creating books in Morrowind that should help. Another way to do this is through player-created mods. If you have more than 256 MB RAM, consider adding on Morrowind Enhanced and Journal Enhanced. (The former is required to run the latter.) JE lets you place a quill pen, and blank book or scrap of paper (purchaseable at various shops) into your inventory. When you drag the pen over the book/scrap, you're offered the opportunity to start writing. You can also erase or add to anything you've written before. To read the book/scrap, you just treat it like any other book. Works great. You can find ME and JE here.

Thanks!! that tutorial is really great. one of the least stressfull to follow.
so theres no way to make a new book in the construction set without the disk??
anyways, thanks so much!

If you have all the files on your Computer you don't need the disk. You just need a BSA unpacker. It's easier to use the disk though.
