Just follow the main quest, eventually you'll get infected. Also, you'll get an item near the end of the main quest that you can use to turn into a werewoof.

| | | Being a werewolf is fun. They're incredibly powerful. You just have to keep an eye on the time. The easiest way to become one is to follow the main Bloodmoon quest.

| | It's legally possible (although I've never done it). Finish the Bloodmoon major quest, get the item I mentioned before. Then contract the vampire disease. Now you're a vamp AND you can use the werewoof item at the same time. I'm pretty sure it'll work. I think.
