Bound Items

i wanted to make a ring that has constant affect bound items (boots, cuirass, gauntlets, and a battle-axe)

but what type of armor does bound items count as? the suit i made looks cool but offers little protection

not sure about all of them but when i made a bound long sword it looked A LOT like a daedric long sword... so i think they count as daedric things

like it says in the spell description the bound eq spell creates a weightless daedric item... so you get the protection without the weight

I think its light armour. Either that, or I remember reading something somewhere in the depths of time that said each piece of bound armour has a rating of 100.

ok i checked it out

all bound armor has a rating of 80 (helm has 75)

when u wear it and get hit, it raises ur light armor skill

however your light armor skill does not give you more armor when wearing it.

with 100 in unarmored, instead of the normal 65 i had 75 and that was all the difference.

no other armor skill affect it

if u dont have unarmored ur armor is still 40 or so with it

I think it is heavy armour... with no weight.

it cannot be heavy armor with no weight

the games classifys what type of armor it is by its weight

like i said...its light armor
