Bloodbath Quest

I went to the council club and killed the 4 people in the actual bar and the one by the bed. I then went back to the council guy at the fort and I couldn't find anything about getting rid of my bounty. Where is it? I just went straight to the club and killed the people I didn't talk to anyone else. Then ran back and got attacked by all the guards in town and at the fort. Do I have to find out who they are first? If so, who do I talk to? Do I have to bring him back anything?

Talk to the guy at the fort, th4en go to south wall and talk to sugar lips and she will tell you the names of the people. Go kill the people then go back to the bar where sugar foot is and down stairs the bartender can clear your name for half or one third of the cost of your bounty.
Then go talk to the guy at the fort and you'll get your reward.

How do you get her to tell you? I don't want to bribe her a couple thousand to get her to tell me. At what point will she tell you, because she keeps telling me that she will only tell that to a friend. I dont really want to join the thieves guild to get this information.

I did join the Thieves guild but I have had other people telling me who they (that is other people in Balmora). I can't say if they're thieves as well, but there's a spoiler below (their names):

I think you do have to have someone tell you the names so that it's entered into your journal. Keep asking everyone you see. Only the thieves can tell you the names. I don't know what your speechcraft is, but try using admire and bribe 10 gold. As a rule of thumb, I've learned that you won't get new info from someone until you've raised their approval of you to at least 90.

I did join the guild that's why this game can be cofusing cause every little thing we do changes the reaction to the story and it's different than everyone else's game.

You might know this but an old trick is quick save (f5) before you talk to sugar lips and keep tring to bribe her if it fails reload (f9). I've noticed this is somewhat random and each time you reload it acts differently.

I'm currently in 3 different guilds and having no conflicts as of yet.
assasain/thief/blades. I don't think blades is actually a guild but it is a society.

If you are truly roleplaying and want to play a decent character that doesnt go out and whack everyone around, just taunt them...........yeah yeah I know it takes forever but its also totally random. My speechcraft is over 40 now so most of the time they succumb to my taunts, but it's not always successful enough to get them to kill you. Those four Camonna Tongs your talking about are level 8-10, but if you spoiler

taunt them successfully individually the only trouble you will have is the 3 in the bar area. The dark elf at the entrance and the one at the bottom of the stairs by the rooms can be taken on one at a time, however the 3 will attack you all at once with a successful taunt.

Use your map buddy, the names are all there. Or ... RTFM!

However, if you just attack the one at the entrance (the one suspected in murdering the member of House Hlaalu), the others come up, too, so you have to fight five at once. At least so it's on my experience. I hadn't a chance for successful taunt, though, permanent "You are pathetic" at 0 ...

My XP also. Heard that it would be suff' with speechcraft 30-40 to succeed here but I haven't succeed with speechcraft 43...
