Answer to Hlervu locket question*spoiler*

Sorry. Had to do it this way since you did not put spoiler in your title and i have no idea how to write with invicible text.

When entering the manor enter the guard quarters to your left, then take the first door to the left. The locket is in the locked chest at the side of the wardrobe.
