Where is Filliken?

I have explored the whole city. I must have over-looked, but where is the brother-in-law Filliken?

Filliken is in the house north of the contested barn, just south of the inn.

This one is a little harder to explain. Ok first go to the leatherworker. Directly behind there should be the barn where the lonely shepherd and his son Eddie reside, behind that is Valden the wheelwright and behind that is the carpenter's shop. Did you get all that?
