Portraits Packs

Does anyone know where I can get portrait packs? My art package is an older version of fractal painter and does not have very good tga editing capabilities and therefore most portraits I make using factal are incompatable with modern games.

I haven't seen any possibility to update the stuff in Toee. I thrust it you did. Depending of the bitmap format, you'll probably need something equivalent to photoshop to do the job. I suggest The gimp a GNU (read free) multiplatform gfx package. shipped with everything it takes to make photo touch up, filtering, save in different format, etc.
