hex edit inventory?

As it appears, I got both Air and Earth quests #2 with a character with a full inventory. Hence, both Romag's poison and Kelmo's (sp?) unholy water or whatnot are gone and nowhere to recover (some game designers really need to be...uh, told that some players aren't as bright as they, mmm?). So, is there any item editor for the game or inventory hex editing guide, so I may fix myself those bottles back?

Have you tried searching on the ground where the quests were given ?

Items should drop to the ground when your inventory is full, and they stay there for quite some time.
