Great Cleaver, any ideas?

Anyone know what kind of weapon the great cleaver is? I'm looking to enhance my skill with it, but am drawing a blank on exactly what kind of weapon it is. Perhaps, it's not something you can increase skill in...

Do you have skills like weapon focus?Power attack?Improved critical?Great cleave?There are plenty of options.Did you by it or was it A treasure?
