Vampire Bloodlines, Input signal out of range message, help, please....

Ok, I'm not great with computers so not sure what info I need to give but my problem is this, when a try and start Vampire: Bloodlines my monitor comes up with the message 'Input signal out of range', the thing is the games is running 'behind' it so the picture is there, the screens not blank and I can see it all normal, however its just the message is there and I have no idea what to do. Please help. Thank you.

That sounds like one of those warning messages that you get from your monitor (not your computer), if a chosen screen size is too great or a certain combination of screen size and refresh rate (of the monitor, not the game) isn't supported by the monitor itself.

Try lowering your ingame resolution and/or monitor refresh rate.
