Spells not working MotB

Hi, Does anybody have a can of bug spray. I hope this is a bug, not me. I'm a sorcerer level 18 in Mask of the Betrayer. Two of my spells do not work, Fireburst level 2 and meteor Swam level 8. There might be more that do not work but, I would not know because I can not change them for another. Can you help.

Don't have any problem with both those spells. Though I have heard that Avasculate is bugged.
