PM Box always full?

I have only 2 messages saved in my PM box. If I try to save a 3rd, when the 4th one comes in, I get a message that the box is full. Seems I used to be able to save a lot more messages? Has the size shrunk or is something wrong?

Messages in your Sent Items and your Message Tracking count towards your message total. Delete those and you should be okay.

EDIT-You might also want to change your date range and make sure that all of the old messages you don't want to keep have been deleted, too.

Do you have any files in the Sent Items bit, I'm not sure if message tracking is counted in the total of PM's but I always get rid of them. I think Buck hasn't messed around with the amount of PM's allocated to each member as I still have 50 something awaiting to be deleted.

Thanks Tamerlane, that was the problem. I had 8 in the tracking box. I deleted them.

@Voo, as HLD says, also check your sent items folder since it retains a copy of the PMs you write.

If you go to the forums index page and scroll to the bottom, on the left it will tell you the total of your PMs. You should be able to hold about 70 in your sent and received folders. I don't think the tracking system counts towards number of PMs though, I will check this

<edit> Checked it, whatever is in your tracking box does not take up PM box space.

Thanks Ysh. That helped. I never noticed that it displays PM's from the past 60 days by default. When I had it show them from the past year, I had like 70 in there!
