Morrowind distant land mod help

So I have installed the distant land mod, but when I play the game I can't see everything clear. What I mean is that I have my normal view line but further than that "line" I can see land but in a bright unclear yellow color. When I start my Morrowind Graphics Extender Program there is this warning that says:
"Distant land is not fully supported when using a basic dll.
You may notice stuttering near cell borders, the ladnscape being visable in interiors and loading screens, as wel as other graphics glitches."
Any advice to help this problem is welcome
P.S. I don't have any mods on except the program mentioned earlier.

Did you download from planet elderscrolls?

If not use this. Timeslip's morrowind stuff

It's on the page. You'll need to do a bit of searching.

I already installed that, the point is that It doesn't work.

The point is that you may have an earlier version that isn't up to date and will therefore contain errors. Planet Elderscrolls doesn't host the correct version. I would look timeslip up on the official forums.
