Angry Loading crashes in ES III GOTY

Yes i finally got my hands on ES III GOTY.But there is one problem.
When im loading areas, loading save games the game Crashes To Desktop with a small microsoft error report screen.

My system requirments are more than enough and i have one of the best graph cards out there too.

The game crashes mostly in Solsteim (Bloodmoon) but sometimes also in Vvardenfell (original Morrowind), havent got crashes in Mournhold(Tribunbal) yet.

I have patched the game with the latest patch (1.6820) but it dosent help and neither does it stand anything about fixing CTD issues like mine.

I will report which error messages it stands in the script, error report window.
Now im defragment my HD(someone said it helps, who knows)

Please help, its such a annoying problem for such a great game!

Others (myself inclusive) are experienceing what seems to be somewhat random CTDs. Try checking out this thread: http://gamebanshee.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67688 as well.
