Help, tech support

ok, so i downloaded the famous game of guild wars the other night, and all went well until i actually tried to play it, i dont know what went wrong. i have all the necessary stuff, i have geforce fx 5200, 512 ram, pentium III, wireless connection. ill tell u whats going on when i try to play it: i click on 'play guild wars' and it says loading files it gets done and then all of a sudden it minimizes and wont let me open it or when i do it ****s my screen up and then goes back to minimize. i dont get it, i think its my visual card but i cant tell... also i cant figure out how to install my sound card, i just got new computer and tryin to get that to work. i tried updating drivers but said it couldnt do it or something retarded.
