Help for PC version!!!

i have just installed KOTOR 1 today on my new PC, yet it wont turn on, i click on the SWKOTOR launcher, and then click on game, then the picture of the ebon hawk loads up, stays there for about 15 seconds and then goes away, but the game does not load, i wanted to know if anybody else has suffered from this problem, and if so possible solutions to it, i will paste my scan results now to make it more clearer, i cant see any reason why its not working because KOTOR 2 works fine, but KOTOR 1 doesnt :S

I don't know, I don't have the PC version. But, I think the movies are supposed to be in 640x480. So if you set your monitor to that, then it will be in full screen.

Thanks for the tip caden , ive tried changing the resolution and now the game just goes to a black screen and i have to get task manager up to exit it :S, i dont know what the problem is, but im guessing its Vista, ive downloaded all the latest drivers for my graphics card yet the game doesnt read it and its more than capable. i set the game to run in XP SP2 because that was another tip i got told to do but nothing is working.

my PC is brand new, so maybe its vista isnt compatible for the game.
also does anybody know if my NVIDIA GeForce 7500 LE could be what the problem is? ive tried everything and the game just wont load past the ebon hawk when i click on game.
