can u use pc mods for the xbox 360

I was wondering if you are able to take mods that you can download for pc games and put them on the xbox 360 and if so how. Specifically for Elder Scrolls Oblivion.

It's not possible and I doubt it will work for the XBox 360 version of Oblivion.
