BG II: TOB Dialogue Problems

I decided to start TOB on a new character, and I inported her from SoA, and all went well, until it came to adress the soon-to-be-dead bhaalspawn. When I talk to her, I see her portrait, or avatar rather, but no text. If I have an option to choose a reply, there is no "End Dialogue" button, or "Continue" button, I have to click around the box. So apparently, the game knows that there is text there, because I can reply to it, I just don't know what I'm saying. I'll post an example below:

As you can see, at this point I would have to click aroudn where I think an option of reply might be.

Are you fully patched/baldurdashed?

Are you modded?

No mods or patches have ever been added to it. No changes, like baldurdash, have been added to it. Its the same as when I put it on my PC, or as far as I know.

Err, you'll have to be a bit more specific. I have no idea what patch to use, where to get it, etc etc,

You should now be fairly bug-free!! (With the possible exception of video driver issues and wireless keyboard/mouse nastiness)


Then you can install any mods you desire, but you'll want to retreat to the SoA or ToB forums to ask for specific mod advice.
