There's some debate on this board as to whether a romance with Mira is possible. Personally, I've never been able to trigger it. The fact that she says you are an "old guy" when asked about it without any sort of influence check, would seem to indicate that dialogue is hardcoded and no romance is possible.
The prevalent argument in favor of it, claims that you have to have really high influence with her. However, many of us have had that and still not been able to trigger a romance. The additional argument claims that you need to pay little or no attention to Visas and Handmaiden. I've not tried this, so that *might* work, but I doubt it. I'd love for some dialogues to be posted by someone who claims to have experienced it...because, at the present time, I remain unconvinced its possible.
