| | | How come orange and bronze look the same on my game? The orange should be like the orange in jedi academy. |

| | | They should just go into different tonesand not colours. I dont think black is good because the middle is normally quite white with the colour around it.

| | | I dunno I kind of just like the original 5 and they seem to stand for each type of jedi. Lavender - Spirituality and healing. Independent jedi who may offer their services to medcenters or mobile medical units. Green - Harmony and growth. Scholars and diplomats who possess great knowledge of the Force, often becoming instructors. Blue - Peace and Combat. Notable Guardians that may act as a kind of special police for the Republic. Yellow - Caution and endurance. Dispatched to understand life's potential and investigate unusual concentrations of the Force. Red - Naturally red represents blood and fire, so it's chosen to represent the Dark side of the force.
Orange and teal, I believe are just variations of yellow and green... which I guess variations are nice, but I believe they still mean the same thing.
I also heard that at IMDb it says on episode two, Windu's lightsaber was purple after the actor requested it because he thought it would look cool and so he was the first to ever use a color other red, green or blue in the movies.
Oh I prefer the lavender with green as a second choice.

Some different KINDS of light saber as well, which could be discovered through mini games where you try and fit the crystal into certain configurations in the light saber. I know I know, it's kinda lame... But in the back of my mind somewhere I seem to strongly belive that there would be a market for Light Saber Axes and Spears. | Yes, if they made lightaxes with lightsabers, I would so be going after the lightaxes. Being how my weapon of choice is closer to an axe and not a sword. However I believe the aspect of an axe is that you are to use the weight of the end and swing it to create a forceful blow, seeing as how the blade of a lightsaber is made of light and therefore weighs less than air, a lightaxe would become obsolete.
Oh also I've been to many other sites and have learned that the colors Silver and Black represent FANBOYism.

| | | Yeah i realize that in the video games there were plenty of fallen jedi who used purple lightsabers. I dunno why, I didn't make the SW universe. But remember Windu, a good guy, also uses a purple lightsaber. I think that's because lavender represents independence, but it also stands for spirituality and religous jedi. So I guess some sith that are super religious would be the purple lightsaber users. But I also mentioned in a previous post that I think the origin of the purple lightsaber came from the actor who plays Windu as a request because he thought it would look cool.
As for blue, I guess I should said Peace keeping and Combat, instead of just peace and combat.

| | | yeah, it didn't really make sence at first sight.
Ans Samuel Jackson requested that he used a purple lightsaber if he was going to play Mindu, so I here.

| | Windu walked the line between the light and dark sides of the force... his lighstaber form - Vaapad - is indicative of this: everybody else who learns it turns bad. He uses something akin to 'Force Crush' on General Grevious in the cartoon series, etc. and is still one of the most powerful Masters of the Light.
From a quasi-philosophical POV, we can see that there is no true existence of a 'dark' or 'light' side: Kreia hints at this in KOTOR II and Luke decides this in the conclusion of NJO... there are only dark and light motives. In the NJO series, a light-sider uses a scarlet lightsaber; in Revenge of the Sith, Anakin still uses his blue lightsaber (sure, he may not have had a chance to change it but the point remains).
In the NJO series of books (quite a few are poo, btw.) turquoise is also mentioned. I think that as far as colours go, there isn't any real limit: as long as the crystal fits the hilt and can focus the beam, it can be used... all colours should be randomly available in the game. The first crystal I even picked up was a silver one (KOTOR II) so they are out there - it just looked rubbish, like you were waving around a can of deoderant. I've had bronze and yellow (very similar: one has a darker hue than the other), light green (can't remember the name) and all the common ones.
To be honest, when it comes to the crunch, I'm not really fussed. |

| | | Viridian, I don't really like Mace Windu, personally, not enough backround, and not enough Information on him. Really, NJO was a bit off, beasuce, luke wasn't trainded by anybody of the Current council, let alone, any real jedi. Yoda was an Exile, I don't know about Obiwan though.

| Actually I believe my friend who reads the books, once said that powerful jedi such as yoda can draw their power from either the good side or the dark side, switching at will and that the light side and dark side are in fact two different power sources.
