| | | Game designers always must make sure the video game is not rushed. KOTOR 2 was rushed. Designers have to show work, higher up people view the games work. Wich described are waiting. |

| | yay well as ure right ure wrong. true they will make it right but think of the hundreds of people at lucasarts who work on the game HMM? look i know it gonna take another year and a half. and why are they keeping it a secret? so that when it does come out people will have their money saved and they'll make millions of dollars thats pretty much what they did with battlefront

Not only that, but why would Lucas Arts choose to release details about the game at a Star Wars party, where the majority of the attendees would surely only be interested in the Star Wars films and not a game that is based in the Star Wars Universe? Wouldn't they? However, if it is true, it would make sense - with the renewed interest of Star Wars in general around that period - to announce the title as official.
Surprisingly, our source also claims that Lucas Arts will not only be revealing details of the new game during this period, but will also be showcasing a new 1 minute trailer (now this we don't buy).
The Official Xbox Magazine has recently speculated that Knights of the Old Republic 3 will be released in 2008, but we've been told it may be ready this side of Christmas.

| | | the stuff master danny posted is pretty much irrelevant since the 30th came and went with no news bout kotor 3 though there are some gaming websites that claim kotor 3 is coming out christmas 07 but since none of the sources are confirmed and lucas arts/bioware/obsidian havent confirmed either there is no point in believing kotor will be released for some time |

| | | Look if we're gonna be grim and bored until we get an update lets talk about. oh and lets agree here if anyone cant find anything until the end of 08 then its over 09 wont be different. ok i got somethin the true sith were gonna attack the repub when the mandalorian wars were done Revan figured this out and decided to start a new war to make the republic strong however he didnt think he would be betrayed by malak he remembered this and decided that they would attack soon so he went to stall them till they were strong again. Exile figured this out and went to help. ok so revan was never truly evil ill return with more on exile.

, if nothing happens right after tfu im giving up on kotor, and **** lucasarts for beeing the worst game publisher of all times, they've got the world best selling trademark and they barely make it into the top 15 game developers/publishers. |

I'm sure there will be a KotOR III, and it will be anounced a few months after the release of Forces Unleashed. But then who is developing the game. |

I'd most likely focus on news from reputable gaming sites like Gamespot or Computer and Videogames to name a few rather than some random site or from a forum post, to be frank.

Bioware is going to be busy in the foreseeable future with their new Mass Effect franchise, and they're also about to release Dragon Age. They don't have the manpower to make another KOTOR game, which is why LucasArts passed the franchise on to Obsidian in the first place.
But then I don't work for Obsidian, so what do I know. |

if kotor 3 is going to be a MMORPG that will suck i mean seriously galaxies sucks because the gameplay looks and is retarded you have to have a extremly good comp anyway and that if there is no story mode than we wont really find out what happens to revan and all the others and it will be just to stupid and noone will play it except for the starwars geeks.
