IMO the mass shadow generator increased the gravity of Malachor... Crushing the planet and everyone on it...

You see this in the LS ending...

However there is one thing we have to remember:

IT'S NOT REAL!!!! There doesn't have to be a rational explanation...

GOTO thinks the Sith artifacts on Malachor are needed to restabilize the galaxy. Remeber, he isn't choosing a side as far as Jedi or Sith go, he just wants to hold the Republic together. Therefore, he wouldn't want anything Jedi or Sith related to be lost.
The MSG destroyed Malachor the first time, but Trayus survived. GOTO knows that it probably won't survive if the MSG is activated again, as we saw in the LS ending.

Bao-dur said me that he did the damage (planet=>big floating black rock) and maybe it was a gravitation weapon what nearby destroyed the entire planet (but it din't, maybe the weapon had a bug )

I still do not see, for the life of me, what Bao's purpose was in reactivating it. Unless to kill everyone in the Academy, but then that's hardly necessary; the Exile manages to wipe them all out quite well on his own....

Is it not reactivated to destroy the planet, therefore stoping th planet from warping any more jedi into sith?

Maybe it was the backup plan. If the Exile failed to stop Sion and Trayla, he/she could destroy the whole planet.
I'm not sure the MSG is what happened to Malachor in the ls ending. If I were going to use a doomsday weapon on a planet, I'd leave BEFORE I actived it.

Pseudo means "fake". It's made up science. The term is usually used to imply that someone is using made up scientific speculation that seems like it could work on paper as if it were a proven fact. it's used by either snake oil salesmen trying to convince people that their latest thing will miraclously cure everything that ails you, or honestly by Sci Fi/Fantasy writers who want make up something that will sound sensible in order to flesh out a good plot device. (I.E Mass Shadow Generators, Interdictor Ships, how the Force works--all that)

thanks firesong and ive done some digging and ive found out

Malachor had an irregular gravity field anyway so the MSG just took advantage of it.

Might I suggest you out down your video game down every once in a while and read a book.
The Lemon Law applies mostly to automobiles. It says that if a new product has a cetain amount of major problems in a given time, it must be replaced free of charge.
