Team members would't follow me:s(no spoilers)

I have a weird problem in KOTOR II.

My teammembers takes a long time when following me and often they just stand around:s
Solo mode is not turned on. It started back at the military base on telos.

Any way to adjust this?

Have you checked to make sure that team mode is enabled on all the party members?
