Sudden Death??

So I'm at the JekkJekkTarr, fighting as Mira, and I'm swarmed by these really neat-o peopl who want nothing more than to see my guts haning on the walls like a cheap tapestry... So, I go one-on-one with them just to see what happens. I kill a few of them and running on low life, like 10% or so, and I'm using a +health support to boost me back up again, right. So I kill a guy, and still I drop dead all of a sudden! This has happened three times now. I die but there's no one hitting me... Weird! Bug/lag-kill?

Anyone else had this happen to them? Also, it's not happened until this part of the game...

From what you've said, it sound as though you've boosted your health temporarily, received damage, then the boost has worn off, leaving you with minus health points.

All I can think of, anyway.

yeah that's probably it. i'm wearing a head band that gives me 3+ healing, but really, minus points? that's just silly, goddamn weird game rules...

thank's for the help tho... i mean, i've gotten all the way to the final master once, so i know i can beat this level for sure, i just... need to remember how.

lol. that happens to me all the time if i use cheats. are you using cheats? if you are then just type in invunerbility(sp). if toy not using cheats or your on the xbox virsion then... i dont know what to tell you. but yea if your using a puter and have cheats enabled... invincibility...

Would I be right in a guess that you were using Adrenal/Hyperadrenal Alacrity?

no cheats, but yes, tons of hyper adrenaline to boost me up again... guess they wore off...

Indeed. An annoying property of stims. When they run out, their benefits disappear. But since Alacrity increases your Hit Points, when it runs out and you only have a couple left....oh dear.

Are you sure about that Alcina? I thought Alacrity stims just boosted movement and dex... That's what the walkthrough says, anyway.
