Stuck - Harbinger -(Spoiler)

I'm Stuck!! I am in the crew quaters on the harbinger and when I go to the west or east doors to allow me to go to the engine deck but the computer tells me the "blast doors are magnetically sealed." I went everywhere on the levels. How do I continue. I looked on all the hints and can't find an answer. Thanks

go through the medical facility (where all the kalto tanks are)... in the middle of the room you will see the big kalto tank that Sion was in (broken glass on floor) you can slip right by the tank into the next part of the level...
